Inspiring Hope & Helping Clear Out What is Holding You Back
*ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 3, 2024*
Are you feeling stuck, stressed, or anxious? Are you tormented by self-condemnation, or do you feel like you're your own worst enemy? I can help! Though God is the ultimate healer, often it helps to have people come alongside you with kindness and without judgment to support and cheer you on through the process. I would be honored to be one of those people for you. Working in a variety of settings, I've assisted adults (18 and older) to deal with anxiety, depression, grief, betrayal, addiction, past abuse, codependence, difficulty adjusting to life changes, conflicted relationships, and spirituality. I've helped people change their thinking and self-talk, learn to deal with conflict in a healthy way, gain confidence, recognize their own value, and laugh more.
People describe my counseling style as warm and gentle, and I use a combinations of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. The exact mix will vary depending on your goals and desires.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), and Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS) counseling from a Christian perspective, I love working with all people, regardless of their beliefs.
First and foremost, I'm a follower of Jesus. I'm also a mom and grandmother, I love to read, play, do crafts, and spend time with family and friends.
Appointments available most weekdays between 9am-3pm and some evenings and early mornings.
Call today to book an appointment and we'll work together to help you reach your goals!
